Realistically, how soon can we fire Shula?

Recommended Posts

I know many people want Shula to gtfo asap (I do too), but will the Panthers fire him before season's end?

We have a game against a shitty saints defense, at home, this thursday night. I can't see Shula being fired before then, but if he shits the bed against an awful saints defense, what then? We will have over a week to prepare for our next game (we play the eagles on MNF, so it's a rather long break), so do you think the panthers, in full desperation mode to save the season, pull the trigger?

LOLA! Seduce Shula and say he threw you on a bed of guns and slammed your arm in a toilet seat. He'll go on the exempt list until his trial in 2 years and by then we can get rid of him and either keep whoever the interim is or hire someone new.

    • just read the thread. I would like to say that the team not being sold to Tepper is an absolute banger of an answer and probably the right one

Initial gut reaction when I first thought of this question is Kasay kicks it in bounds on the kickoff, but unfortunately I still think New England wins that game even with that My second instinct was pulling Bene out before he breaks his leg in the playoffs. My crackpot theory is if he never gets hurt we win the superbowl. I refuse to go back and watch the game but at some point Peyton throw an absolute duck that should have been pick 6'd. but because we were on our like fifth outside corner he was slow to the ball. this would have completely flipped that game because I'm pretty sure Denver scored that drive and the next one was the Cam sack fumble
