Everything Id seen was based on a projected cap of $142M, including the Saints at ~$25M over (I believe)

Had heard some players had de-escalating clauses that dropped their salaries if so and so didn't happen. Think their fans are counting on that being true so they don't have to cut as many. I'm skeptical, but not ruling it out. Will look into it more tonight.

I've been following their cap for awhile now. A lot of times teams are mentioned as being in cap trouble they actually arent, such as New England this year. The Saints on the other hand are in a heap of poo.

Saints have two restructures that will save them 15 million roughly and those restructures were kinda planned.
