Cam had a "down" year, where he was never truly healthy, only had 2 weapons (1 a rookie at that), an awful OL, and bad running game for much of the year.

 

And he was still voted as the 10th best QB (fair IMO), and ahead of a guy like Matt Ryan.  Not too shabby, no? 

 

Same here, I didn't think he would have made the list so I am not complaining at all.
