Almost looks like there was a read between taking off on the go or breaking back to the sideline, and if so he and Cam were on close enough pages to make it work. As evidenced by his TD return in the Bears game, Corey's a savvy player who understands the game, another trait that Rivera and the FO appear to value.

Not bad for a rookie WR.  UDFA at that.

Brown is only going to get better.  He was one reason why I didn't think we needed to resign Ginn.   While I am happy that he is back with us.   I think he hinders Brown's growth.

I understand what you are saying but with Ginn who has prob maxed out on his WR potential or improvement...it can only make Brown play that much harder in year two.

Corey already has shown much more natural feel for the game. in just one season than Ginn has shown to date.

Ginn does give that Cushion killer speed that we need..I think Corey Brown's development limits Ginns role this season but Ginn is a need on special teams.

Ginn prob will not repeat his season in 2014 bc his reps will be so much more limited.

I've re-watched and broken down every single one of Philly's offensive snaps from last season. I can say with 99.5% certainty that he is a lock to make the roster. And I predict he winds up with the 3rd most offensive snaps of our wideouts next year. Will post a summary soon.

    • KP is not a straight up carbon copy but they look awful close to me.  T
    • You are right. At the same time I don’t think people are watching games going come on Bryce put it on the ground or sail it OB or whatever. They just have trouble seeing him turning his 3 or four or five top games of 2025 into the weekly standard outing. Which you expect for the kind of money he will ask for (speaking for myself anyway).
    • In terms of comparing Pickett and Young's arm talent it's basically a push at best. Pickett is sitting at 6.2 yards per pass attempt for his career while Bryce sits at 6.0 Last season Bryce was 6.3 in yards per pass attempt. Only Justin Fields Spencer Rattler (both 6.2) Kyler Murray (6.0) 41 year old Joe Flacco (6.0) 44 year old Phillip Rivers (5.9) rookie Cam Ward (5.9) and Tyrod Taylor (5.8) had less pass yards per attempt than Bryce Young in his third season as a starter. Folks going around acting as if it is beyond the pale to say Pickett might have a better arm than Young are living in an alternate reality. You can choose to not believe your own eyes after 46 games but everyone else will acknowledge reality and move forward accordingly.
