Before everyone starts celebrating, I'd just like to point out that a torn ACL is technically a sprain.

• Grade 3 sprain:

  Complete tear of the ligament. If the examiner pulls or pushes on the ankle joint in certain movements, gross instability occurs.

I think a lot of people are looking at the right leg in the video. The injury is to the LEFT leg. While the right leg does appear to give out and bend awkwardly, its the left leg that he used to plant to make the cut. It could just be a hyper extension. lets hope so anyways
