We wasted about 40-50 seconds by not hurrying. I think what people are complaining about is that we could have gotten a few shots in the endzone if we had hurried instead of seem ambivalent to the start of that drive.

Far from "masterful".

Rivera was CLEARLY ready to sit on the ball and wasted about 40 seconds farting around calling plays in the huddle with the clock running.

We kicked the FG from around the 25 yard line.  What are the chances that an NFL offense can score a TD from the 25 yd line with 40-45 seconds left?

I am the first person to get on the Panthers and the Fox/RR history of conservative play. 

However, this first half was crazy, nutty penalties, mistakes by both teams. 

I have absolutely no problem with the last minute of this half.

took all the time, made no mistakes, scored. Mission accomplished
