Turn on this team like rabid dogs...

We where outplayed by a stellar defense and an offense that did just enough to win. Why some on here trash this team for one bad performance is sad.  Now they all suck, Rivera sucks, Cam is a POS and Gettleman is a moron. Some are acting just like the media dirt balls that crap on this team and will probably start doing so again starting today.

Take off your goddamn Panther gear and toss it, you don't need to wear it anymore. Get off the bandwagon now and carry on. Anyone that can't handle a loss (Superbowl or not), isn't ready for real life. This is just a very minor loss compared to all the major losses we ALL will be facing in this lifetime. Just a damn game.

Immaturity is rampant after a tough loss.

Not excusing it, just stating a fact.

I am alright with the bs going away though (ione can hope).

Yeah both the team and fan base have some growing up to do. But we will be fine and better next season. Road to perfection starts today.

To put this in perspective ..............

Early 4th qtr & my son starts texting me that he smells gas in his house. Shuts down heat pump. Calls gas company. My daughter-in-law is 8 months pregnant. They end up in their car in the road waiting on the tech. Tech was fast! Turns out, not gas leak (garbage disposal he had just replaced. haha) BUT the tech found a small leak in the attic from their gas logs so that is fixed. If they had turned on the logs at any time, their house probably would've caught on fire. The day was a win-win as far as I'm concerned. My son is a hero. God bless PSNC Energy.

The game was on but I wasn't really watching that last quarter closely. I'm sad the Panthers lost but my family is safe so it's not bothering me.

It's a matter of perspective & priorities.

I haven't turned on anyone, I'm just disappointed. I firmly believe that the Panthers were not as good as their record indicated. It was a fairy tale season because they SHOULDN'T  have won that many games and made it that far with the talent level they have. Unfortunately for us they were cocky along the way and that made a lot of people hate us. Last night was our comeuppance. All of the taunting, dabbing, team photos, etc came back to fug everyone in the ass. I really hope the coaches keep that poo in check last next year because it made things a lot worse on the fans and it honestly is probably a part of the reason why the Super Bowl was like a Denver home game.

The team is allowed to be happy. Losing sucks no matter what.

Yeah! Change the thing that helped the Panthers overachieve this season! That will do it!

We are cocky, we have fun, and we don't care what folks think. Part of being successful is being a lightning rod for criticism when things go wrong. It sucks, but it comes with the territory (and get used to it, because this team isnt going away from big moments anytime soon.)

We lost because those things that overachieved all year (receivers and O-line) finally fell apart. No amount of "doing things the right way" was going to change that.

Honestly, I have to give the Mods a lot of credit for what I'm seeing now.  A lot of the dumb poo is getting either tossed out, or we're no where near as negative as I thought we would be.

Sure, we are all disappointed, but this is our team.  They have fun, they dab, dance, take team photos.  We didn't do enough to win against the best Defense in the NFL (I think that was very well proved today...sheesh).

To win next year, we have to keep doing what we do, play for each other, play hard, have fun, and grow as a team.  We have the pieces in place to be very good for a long time.  I'll take the loss so long as we keep growing and getting better.  it will happen.

Do you really think that poo helped?  Towards the end of the season it got out of control. I don't mind the Superman, I didn't mind some of the dabs. I loved the sign tearing down. But when you start taking team photos on the sidelines and acting like children during Super Bowl warm ups things have gone too far. During pregame the Broncos were emotional and focused and the Panthers were fuging dancing. That is not good.

Losing hurts. They should be themselves.

Panthers O and special teams need to toughen up.

They got punched in the mouth and lost their lunch money yesterday.

Nothing wrong with having fun, it  is entertaining, so what if it pisses off our opponents.

Before the Panthers existed I followed a team that thrived off of opposing fan's hate.

That team was loudly booed everywhere they went.

Guess what? They had the highest winning percentage of any team in professional sports for decades.

Those were good times too.

    • I would say that seems like an odd comment from Morgan, but at the same time it's almost impossible to find a college QB declaring for the draft to have less physical ability than BY so you can assume almost anyone you bring in would be your go to QB sneak/designed run guy.
    • Gronk is the best TE of all time, but he also played with Brady. Clarke was great, but had Peyton and in an era TE's didn't make crazy money. Kittle is great, but the two times he's made the SB, he was still on his rookie contract for one, and the other the 49ers had Purdy on a cheap rookie deal which help them build the rest of the roster. So again, it's not about not wanting an elite TE, of course it would be nice.  But realistically, in today's NFL, unless that elite TE with a top end TE salary is on a team with a GOAT level QB and/or other serious cap savings (i.e. key players on rookie deals), then I think it's not a good use of cap space.
    • This place was the poo pre tepper with tons of hilarious posters like phillyB. Joined in the 2000s during the 07 season and have been here bitching about this team since. but yeah its sadly been dying a slow death, every time I come to this site I am surprised its still up. I think the 2015 season was the absolute peak, the Panthers and this board especially just haven't "felt" the same since then. Igo should really sell the board since he clearly doesn't care anymore. Also, Reddit blows and the Bryce defenders on there need Jesus.
