Has Rivera Quit on the Team

With a change in the air and a new regime likely to take over, has Riveria quit on this team? I haven't watched the passed 2 games or paid a whole lot of attention because I have been super busy at my pet store. but things seem to be crumbling from the top down. Opinions.

Rivera was never the leader of this team.  Think about it--and please do not tell me that Cam is a leader--Ryan Kalil, OUT; Luke OUT; Olsen OUT; The only leader we had on the field was TD--and the D played lights out.

He hasn't quit but the team is close. They fought today but two weeks in a row its been terrible on offense. I think Cam might be taking more big hits in the pocket than running. He was absolutely drilled 3 times today.

How is this a lame duck year exactly?  We literally drafted needs over BPA to aid his failing offense. We signed peppers and munnerlyn to give him some more pieces on defense.  

Calling this a lame duck year gives Rivera an excuse for this poo show that I’m not willing to give him.  

Fox’s final year was a lame duck year.  This is nothing more than complete incompetence on his part for sticking with Shula and never learning from his mistakes.
