I knew this thread had to be a joke.  I've never known our coaching staff to take responsibility for much of anything.

Looks like this post has a point and that is take out all the trash and start over with a clean slate. Just like diagnostics (Symptoms, Systems, and Components) Problems team has, Find the causes of teams problems, and replace the broken components ( personnel problems) that would make the team work like it was supposed to.

i was hoping they'd finally take ownership of the problems.

of course that's not what the coaching staff of this team does...they leave it to the soldiers on the field to fall down on their own swords.

such piss poor leadership from this coaching staff overall.

I don't think I've ever heard Ron talk after actually having seen the tape. Does he watch tape or just tell us that he hasn't seen it??
