Ridley, but I am not so sure Courtland Sutton will not creep into the first round--I am guessing Dallas, but a team like New England could bite.

I fear Kirk, suspect Moore.  I am not sure a DB at #24 is worth it.

If Cleveland does not take a QB (there is some rumor they will not but try to trade back into the first round for Jackson, Mayfield, or Rudolph.  Who knows?

that was my dream scenario a couple months back

Cleveland takes Chubb and Barkely and then trades back in to get in front of Pittsburgh to get Rudolph

Then we give them our 1st and second and get the 2 high picks at the beginning of the second.  Great value there

Ha.   Sounds like you are like me--preparing to be pissed off.

I think it is possible we trade out, and have to wait until Friday

Don't see us trading away the 5th year club option, even if we have to end up using 24 on a player with a 2nd round grade.

Ideal situation would be somwome we like falling. Another great situation would be one of the top six QBs slipping allowing us to trade down with a team looking to jump up and grab him.

Worst case scenario would be all 17 of our 1st round guys plus the 6 QBs presumed to go in the 1st all getting drafted prior to #24.

Agree, that 5th year option is huge, so it would have to take a massive return to drop out of the 1st round completely.  If they could trade back to 30 or so then I’d be ok with that, as long as they don’t feel great about anyone on the board once 24 comes
