Seems that Luke may have a future in coaching after he hangs it up.  He seems to grasp the obvious very quickly.

It would be great to see him come back and become a coach way down the road after he retires.  

Like it would be awesome if he worked his way through the coaching ranks and stayed with the organization to become our HC

Ron isn't the one making offensive decisions. Everyone here knows by know that he delegates the offense to the offensive coaching staff, including personnel on the field. You all seem to believe he decides the personnel groupings that Norv contrives to make the offense work. If anything, keep Rivera out of that decision making because of his love for a veteran guy over a young guy.

another funny part is when Eric gets the interception Luke is running down the field in front of him yelling come on! and when he gets tackled Luke is screaming in his face and Eric kind of backs up like he is afraid of Luke because he might be crazy!

You seem to ignore that Rivera makes the game decisions.  3rd and long?  Take a shot or get yards and punt?  Rivera’s Call.

Mid-field long FG or go for it?  Rivera’s decision.

Key point in the game?  Rivera’s decision.
