He knows he's done.

I honestly hope Tepper goes ahead and pulls the plug. We know it's coming. What's the point in waiting? What are we gonna do, lose some games? LOL! We're already doing that.

I just don't know what it accomplishes at this point, and I think Ron has been there enough and had enough success that he's deserved better.

This season is toast. They're not winning out with a different coach.

fug him, he has wasted 7 years of this team and in the process he has done the following

• Got our Franchise QB hurt by playing him in meaningless games

• Started bad veterans over rookies or young guys with far more potential

• Mismanaged the clock since becoming a head coach

• Blames everyone but himself for lack of drive and passion

• Never ready for prime time or after the bye, team always starts the season/games lethargic

• Hired his buddies and kept them around even when it was clear they should have been gone

• Blew 7 years of chances to win a Super Bowl because he sucks a fuging donkey dick as a head coach

It's not about trying to win out, it's about getting a head start on securing his replacement. I honestly think it's more honorable to fire a man when you know you're gonna fire him rather than sneak around behind his back planning the next steps.

Tepper owes it to the fan base to make a change now.

Why? He’s gone. Why fire him now? What could that possibly accomplish? It’s not like we are handing the team to Norv. Rivera has run his course but why embarrass him and cause chaos?

    • And remind y’all that Rico Dowdle ran the ball 7 times on Monday.
    • I didn't want to pay him and they should have traded him before the 20+ million in dead cap. I feel this is another "blame tepper", he wanted a QB and Panthers only had 4 draft picks. CMC got a bad health report and missed games, but league still valued him and he was the best player on the team. Shitttttterererererererer traded him for 4 future picks, the future 2nd ended up being 61st........so all the other draft picks in 5th 4th were next to last, just a mistake. Yes 49ers at the time looked cook, but CMC helped them reach the SB. Used that 2nd and 3rd in the BY and DJ Johnson trades.....just awful returns. It was dirty to wilks to trade CMC while he was trying to make the playoffs, best I member the run game got better after the trade....   Im just one of those "never pay RB, safety, or MLBs" unless cheap/all world. CMC is not all world, but he's dang close.  Poorly handle, he bought a big home and thought he'd remain a career panther....Herniay made him the 16 million man, tops by 4 full million and no RB passed that mark for 2 years, God dam fug you herniay.  Im anti-RB, but about the last thing they should have done was trade a 1000 1000 threat that wanted to stay here, just total fumble by the Panthers/tepper/herniay/fittterererererererere per normal for this time-line.
