Rivera has never been shy to wait on throwing his players under the bus after losses over the years. Especially recently. Why should we be concerned with hurt feelings now? Especially when it's clear the team isn't buying in anymore.

We fire Rivera now we run the risk of Norv walking too, and that's just not good news for our offense this year and moving forward.

I picked end of season but now or end of season really makes zero difference, as long as Tep is prepping to hire new GM and coach now.  Rivera has had some great moments and seasons for us so I'll give him the benefit of lasting the season. But would be happy to wake up tomorrow to see him fired as well. Either way, absolutely time to move on.

I'm thinking we hire an offensive coach with his own philosophy and right hand man anyways but if WR consider going defensive coach then yeah this is a good point and we should consider keeping Norv. Overall, I've been impressed with him this year.
