Saints/Jordan sent Cam a broom and wine last year.

Let us not forget. This alone should piss off every player on our roster. This should be put in the middle of the locker room for motivation. We CANNOT allow this to happen again and get swept. With that being said I fully expect a blowout double digit win being that Ron is still running the show.

a good coach might use this as a motivational tool but RR will pretend to ignore it

inconsequential coaching

remember in 2012 when we beat atlanta for the first time since (i think) 2009 and some of our dudes wanted to give the "get the fug off my field" falcons a little something back and rivera broke it up and yelled at them.

well, the Saints have been playing like butt of late.  Probably not the best week to be playing the divisional team you poo talked so hard this week for the first time.

NFL is funny.  So are divisional games.

We literally have been in position to beat every team this year but 2.  I mean, I wouldn't be shocked if the Saints destroyed us.  Wouldn't be shocked if the Panthers got an early lead and just pulled away on them either.   Panthers got potential to get up and front run if they get in an early groove IMO

Which game other than the Steelers were we not in a position to take the lead at the end?

    • In general, It's just unfortunate that he got hurt. But...I'd argue that all's well that ends well; the Panthers are in a better place in regards to the RB room, and, not only has CMC had the opportunity to almost win his team a championship in overtime of the Super Bowl, he's playing for a franchise known for solidity if not historical excellence.
    • Ummm not sure adding anther 5'9 180 pound soaking wet forward is the way to go here.....
    • What has happened in HS athletics busted full force into the college world with this NIL/transfer portal stuff. HS sports has been jacked up for a long time now. You have all these "prep schools" that are basically just diploma mills for athletes who hoover up all the good athletes they can get and they're all on scholarship. Then they go out and recruit decent athletes with rich parents to come onboard and pay outrageous tuition while they tout their success at getting their athletes college scholarships. Yeah, those athletes getting college scholarships are the same ones you're giving scholarships to so that you can use them to recruit the rich kids whose parents can pay for it all. You see the same thing in youth travel ball leagues. The whole thing is just getting crazy.
