How was that hit on Allen not a penalty?

I have no problem with the hit itself as this is football. I do have a problem with consistency in calls made.

I think it’s more a question of why not an ejection 

guy lead with is helmet and intentionally drove the QB to the ground. If that were Brees, Brady, Rodgers, no problem
