I made mention of this yesterday.  This team is right on the edge of a deep playoff run, or a complete teardown.  We are literally at the crossroads.

Cam's shoulder can't make it through yet another season and Tepper could decide to tear it all down, outside of a few players....and it almost seems as if that may have started already.  We certainly have a lot of good players toward the end of their contracts.

It's kind of funny honestly. His Coach of the Year awards ride so much on Cam and yet when he gets them so many act like he did it all despite having to deal with that terrible, awful, uncoachable Cam Newton!

I mean nobody can really deny Ron Rivera has gotten by on the "Nice guy, players coach" label the majority of his tenure. It comes to a end eventually.

That is pretty damning when you put it that way.  I like Ron a lot, but this is a Wins and Losses league.
