This. He's as Jekyll and Hyde as they come and we saw both versions in our two games against them. When he's good, he's really good but when he's bad... damn. He's BAD. Just too inconsistent. You never know which version is going to show up.

That's a QB every other year (a little more) . . . with that sort of track record it's no wonder the team is devoid of talent.  Spending that many picks on a position to never have one work out.  Yikes.

Winston is just too wildly inconsistent - he is capable of making most throws in the NFL, but always seems to have those ~5 passes each game that has you saying "what the hell were you thinking"

I feel like that too.    Maybe a better coach and situation could help him.

4 games rating over 100 and 2 rating below 50, no in between.  I would just sub another QB at half time when it’s obvious he is going to have a bad game.  I don’t think he is a bust, just something is bothering him.

I could almost feel sorry for the Bucs. It's been one trainwreck to another for them for years now. Panthers fans are very lucky to have gone from Newton straight to Allen playing as he has. We could have it so much worse, be thankful.
