Give Ron, Hurney, and Cam 1 more year or part ways with them?

Richardson was blown out by the NFL because he is a racist, sexist pig.

Tepper had an opportunity to set this Franchise on a new path.

But Hurney, the only person on the planet who would work for Richardson after Gettleman was shown the door is still here.

Hurney and Rivera need to go, and apparently so does a complicit Tepper.

I would trade Cam if it comes to it, cut Ron Rivera and Keep Hurney.

I love Cam! But it’s if in the teams best interest to rebuild with another coach, you have to consider releasing (least preferred) or Trading Cam (most preferred).

Ron Rivera has shown his ceiling. I think he’s a good coach. But I also think he’s been here too long. We need a youthful injection/perspective to come in and help us get over the hump. After 9 years with no Super Bowl wins...let’s mutually part ways.

Hurney has been doing a pretty good job drafting and managing personnel.
