This is what you guys wanted. No Ron. No Cam and now you see what the team really looks like without good energy. 

 

No big name players will want to play here. 

 

We will not see another division title in the next 3 years.

Tepper is doing exactly what he wanted. A low draft pick, and Cam Newton is very attractive to any new head coach coming in. Great for a new GM too.

I respect Tepper's decisions thus far. They've all been more rational and less reactionary. And even if the decision to fire Rivera was reactionary, it wasn't knee-jerk.  

Hell, he's really just begun to put his stamp on the team. Let's wait for a couple of seasons (if not three) before we judge them as bad (or good, really).
