If he declares, I'd go for him over Love, Eason, and Fromm .  The draft process will also catapult him to the first IMO. 

Hurts was elevated by the Sooner system but he's also shown the grit and grind in Bama before Tua came along.  He's also grown tremendously as a passer in the past year.  Honestly, he has more upside than Dak. 

I would trade to the back of the first for him. If we could somehow get (2) 1st round picks, take a OL and then Hurts with pick ~28-32ish.

Fromm really disappointed me this year. Didn't look like himself all year long. He might be looking at a Will Grier type slide. He honestly might be best served coming back for another season.

I was excited to see what Fromm had because his leadership ability/intangibles are so talked up.  Boy did he seem off.  You're right, it was really all season long.

If we hire Greg Roman there would be a real chance that we take Hurts in the 1st. He wont make it to us in the 2nd and Roman needs a running QB in his offense. Not saying i would agree with the pick but it wouldnt shock me.
