By one guy! Ron Rivera. No one else wants Marty. He didn’t get a sniff when we let him go the first time. And if he’s so in demand with people who know him, why didn’t John Fox try taking him when he left? Hurney sucks. Ron can have him now.

Because it would be difficult to suggest to your boss who just hired you (John Elway) that you have a guy you want to bring in to replace him?

He didn't ask for Marty when he went to Chicago, either.  Just accept Marty sucks and the only reason he stuck around here is because JR was trying to do his old pal a solid.  Once Kevin Colbert's contract is up with the Steelers, Marty will be gone and Tepper's original choice for GM will be here.  If Tepper was really keen on keeping Marty, he would've given him a contract extension instead of letting him work on a lame duck year.

hiring scott turner, 'stealing' marty.  ron's favorite thing to do is assemble a staff that has been fired from multiple places. san diego to charlotte to washington.   its hilarious.   i'm sure it will be different this time - if not for those meddling players

IF this is true, can you trust Hurney in the draft? It would be an easy way to seriously cripple this team.

I stoped trusting Hurney with the draft before his first firing. He does that naturally anyways.
