Payton has let him throw 13 passes. It's pretty obvious what he thinks of him as a passer. Not much.

Hate to say it, but if I had to choose based on what I've seen so far, I'd probably take Taysom Hill over Will Grier.

Hell, I would too. Hill is a damn good utility player. I wouldn't be surprised if Grier never makes another NFL roster - including our own.

Heck, I think he is nearly 30.  Not sure they made the best call.  Hill is a value as a #3 and Swiss army knife.

Of course, Bridge is looking for a good payday--based on what he did this year, I bet he gets a deal equal to Cam's.  Don't laugh--someone will fork over $19-22m

That in fact would serve as a deterrent from other teams signing him if they were to go that route.

The Saints are floating the idea that QB Taysom Hill is worth giving up a first round draft  pick. Meanwhile, they are hoping and praying  some team is foolish enough to take him.

I'm not sure if Bridgewater is the answer to the riddle, "Who will be the Panthers starting QB next season?", but I do know if Teddy starts for the Panthers, he will instantly become one of the top 3 QBs to ever to play a game for Carolina.

It would make sense given his knowledge of the system. In fact, one of the Saints beat writers already speculated about this as a possibility.

With that said, the price has to be right, and I question whether it would be.
