I fully understand why Rhule was there. He was coaching at Baylor. I also fully understand why he GTFO after three years. Waco is a shithole. 

The thing is, there's very few big money jobs that are going to be geographically tied to Waco, TX and virtually everyone with options other than Waco is going to choose another option.

My comment was about nothing more than geographical desirability as it relates to real estate resell value. To put it in perspective, this is the second most expensive residential property currently listed in Waco. The only one that's more expensive is a ranch with just shy of 1000 acres.

Yeah 2 mill for a house and a acre of land isn't normal in Waco. Austin it would move in a month.
