Yea, my sister has two in her kitchen. One on each side of the island. My wife’s trying to talk me into two when we do our kitchen renovation later this year.

I have a friend in Waco that jokes the streets are paved in shiplap. The Ganes have actually made Waco semi desirable. I'm in Dallas and wanted to get out of the suburbs for some land. Had to move to a small town north of town and got 15 acres with a remodel ready  home for what you could get 60 acres with a brand new home down there.

I’ve been to Waco, I wouldn’t but some people want to live like a god. Do you know what you can get for 2.5m in fuging Waco? In Cali he’d have 4 roommates and a 20 gallon water heater on -2 acres.

Unless someone has a plethora of kids like the Octo-mom, the standard household does not need two dishwashers.  Even if you have to run it every other day.

The thing is, there's very few big money jobs that are going to be geographically tied to Waco, TX and virtually everyone with options other than Waco is going to choose another option.

My comment was about nothing more than geographical desirability as it relates to real estate resell value. To put it in perspective, this is the second most expensive residential property currently listed in Waco. The only one that's more expensive is a ranch with just shy of 1000 acres. 

Seems like a hard sell for sure.

But why? Just don't see the point in it. Just to say that you have an island with 2 dishwashers? Why wouldn't one be enough? Got 20 people eating with you regularly?
