Damn that dude flamed out quickly.

He looked to be on the path to being a long term staple in the NFL then just disappeared after the whole Browns fiasco.

That's why people need to resist the temptation of becoming the Browns head coach.  Its a death sentence.

His entire scheme was figured out after year 1 here and our offense just wasn’t the same in 2012 despite superior talent. No surprise he’s flopped elsewhere.

its strange that he couldnt find a place for him he has a good offensive mind but i think he rubbed alot people the wrong way.

Yeah, that's what seemed to be the end of him more than anything else. It wasn't that he didn't run a good offensive system, it's that no one could stand to work with the guy. That's saying something when guys are getting paid hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars to coach and play football.

I still remember that safety against the Broncos that year when he was trying to get 40 yards on a third and long from our own 1 or half yard line
