If you go by the trade chart (the one I referenced was Draft Tek), the trade difference was 400 points (1500 vs. 1100).  The Tampa 2nd rounder is worth 450.  Our fifth rounder is worth 31 points.  So we actually got the best end of that deal by about 19 points.
