Greg Little - oh dear

Well.... I was going to ask how Little did because I saw Okung on the inactives, but I’ll let y’all work this out.

EDIT: WOW! I thought it was only one play at first. How in the world does a LT get beat inside by DEs in basically a wide 9 technique? Twice. One with help from the RB. You can’t have lower expectations for a player than I did Little, but that’s disturbing. I can understand the Okung trade more now. Little would get Teddy hurt.

And we could have had our replacement C (McCoy) and RG (Evans) with the two picks we burned in a fire thinking that Little was any good.

All I know is if people actually think Hurney knows talent, go back and watch the 2019 combine OL drills. Little was easily the worst OL there. All the OL picked right before and a few picks later looked way better and pretty much all of them are in the 2nd year as starters and we have a big steaming pile of poo.

I firmly believe that Hurney did his entire 2019 draft off of PFF college ratings where they said Grier was a top QB and Little was a top OL. All other GMs actually watched the combine and laughed at how bad Little was.

He almost looks like he has never played football before on those plays. When in doubt guard against the inside move, and if he beats you to the outside so be it. And don't lunge forward or stumble off toward a defender, keep your balance and kick step. Who is our o-line coach?

    • there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play.  it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in  2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying
    • I'd actually like to see Cherelus get a fair shot to win the job in camp. Wallace is decent in drop zone coverage, but he gets abused in the play action game and is often times out of position in the run game. It might just be me, but I swear every time I watch Wallace play, I see multiple plays a game were it looks like he's just trying to be blocked. Watching Cherelus last year he at least looked like he was trying to hit someone on every play. Wallace plays like a LB who doesn't trust what he sees and it makes him passive and cautious versus Cherelus who regardless of if his decision is right or wrong goes at it 100%.
    • Agreed.  Hasn’t happened to me either, but I feel very strongly about it.  That’s not just one of the worst things a woman could do to a man, it’s a power inherent to only women and is one of the worst things a HUMAN being can do to another.  A man can’t “hide” a pregnancy or maternity.  It’s impossible.  And that sucks for anyone that has to go through that. I always got a weird vibe off her and just found her very unlikeable.  Annoying even.  I’ve always been good at reading people and there was just something about her to me that was off-putting, somewhere under the surface.  And here we are…  she is despicable.
