I'm looking forward to having him as a next door neighbor.

Then I assume there are servants' quarters?

You know, how would you like to be the real estate agent that listed this house---if you listed and sold the house, your commission would have been over $400,000.

Jumbo's are negotiated commission.

Bet Tepper won that one too.

I figured so--but I am gooder at math than other subjects.  You must be in the business?

many years ago.  basically everything is negotiable.  in jumbo's and this RE market especially.  those shows selling $10m apartments in NYC used to crack me up.  You don't get in position to own a $10m apartment by paying 6% to advertise it on the web and have the agent buy some fresh fruit and flowers.  Still sure the agents on both sides popped some bottles.

Not that I'm pitching for him, but he is really close to family...maybe a couple of the brothers are going to live with him?

Dad and Mom stay for long trips?

Personally, I'd much prefer to own something really nice where I want to call home one day, and a condo close to the stadium/facility.

How far is that drive for him?

Living on a lake seems like a really nice place to call your home very close to a city and a major airport.

It’s funny all the knocks on this house as though it’s not a freaking awesome place to live.

If I was forced to live in "Charlotte" I would for sure be on/at the lake as well.

Hell, outside of college I've never lived more than 5-10 minutes from the ocean.

Yep.  I live one neighborhood down.  It's interesting who you see in that Harris Teeter, and the Publix off of Brawley's.

And they all want my autograph.

Forgot about the Publix on Brawley. I seriously doubt he will shop himself. I wonder if he comes home every night after practice? or just stays at the stadium?

    • For a 3rd year QB? That flies with the Teppers and makes the HC and GM look like fools.  Their fear is evident. Their careers are tied to making it work, it's ehy they signed on here and they are professionals who knows what kind of a situation they could potentially have on their hands if they are not calculating about popping up Bryce. I call BS to that sir. It's why every QB after Bryce couldn't make any other rosters past a PS spot...at best
    • Not just Dalton.   But the only real young arm they would let be seen the past 2 years was a really a bad Jack Plummer.  Who was super weak even for that tier  Can’t convince me how weak they made the atmosphere around Young hasn’t been intentional.
    • Things of note: mentions he has six drops. Six. For all the people that don’t know what a drop is, he has six. That’s a long distance from the league leader at ten. (To be fair, pro football reference has him at seven, still not bad.  Plenty of others is that same range.  His drop % is 6.3, which is low.) Catchable ball success ratio: 83% which is great. Catchable being the key word.  Mentions his contested catch rate is low at 5/18 but that’ll get better I think when he can rely on muscle memory for routes, catches, etc and the game slows down for him
