Zach Kerr is growing on me super fast. Dude is super likable and seems just happy and grateful to be playing. Seeing how hyped him and Armah got on the TD scramble by Bridgewater was awesome.

He reminds me of Jimmy Johnson... and interesting enough is they both have psychology degrees... they know how to motivate.

I think many of us were skeptical about Rhule but I like the direction.  He seems to really connect with the players.  

We've been fortunate that all our head coaches minus Seifert have taken us deep into the playoffs.  I hope that he has a long tenure with the Panthers.

My thoughts as well.  I thought I remembered Jimmy behaving very similarly.

It wasn't on this video, but I thought the substitution late was genius on his part. A reporter asked if he had him run out there slow on purpose.  He said he doesnt want his guys running out there unless they have too, for the safety of the player.

Yes, a moment of pure out coaching. The cards subbed late on offense so we walked our defensive sub to match to the line given they’re not allowed to rush the snap in that situation. I believe they took a delay of game, but maybe it was a timeout they took? A little hazy on the specific outcome.
