brees is trash

payton pulling him out of the game on critical downs is unprecedented. i get they like that ugly fugbag taysum hill or whoever the fug but you don't take the ball out of your best player's hands unless you're no longer convinced he's your best player.

the saints won in spite of brees and in spite of a middling chargers defense repeatedly attempting to capitulate.

i'm very optimistic about our game against them. teddy can carve those DBs up and our pass rush should be able to bury the mole-faced turd. he's on his way out.

I’m pretty sure there is a secret gay sex underworld in the NFL and taysom hill and Troy aikman are involved in it

Even if there were, I would only care if it somehow affected someone’s on field performance. Who you blow on your own time is nothing I care about. Having said that, I would not bet money against it.

Drew Brees is not a hinderance to the saints

I posted the stats a few posts up after the game last night, similar completion, about a hundred yards off from Teddy but 3:1 td to int vs Teddys 2:1. They’ve been very similar this year. But one is deemed trash and a hinderance and the other is a clear franchise QB now. Against common foes it’s the same story. They each played three games against the same defense as each other but Teddy is 2 TDs and 2 ints in those games where Brees is 4 and 2.

    • After last season, it was the same question. And the answer most people came to was "If he doesn't make the playoffs, he's gone." He made the playoffs. No matter how it was done, we made it to the playoffs. He's safe. He's going to have a chance to keep working this out, even if next season isn't a playoff one.  I think we'll do better next year than we did this season. There's something being built here.
    • The NBA is a very fickle league. Kon is one of the hottest rookies in years and beyond just his play on the court he is a very steady competitor and that translates to the rest of the team. That has been a glaring absence with the culture of this franchise through the bulk of the LaMelo Ball years that's just being completely blunt and realistic. The enigma of LaMelo Ball is he is entering year 6 and still either red hot or ice cold. We need him to find that sweet spot. Logic dictates the Hornets will want to see this core again next year. But the clock is beyond ticking at this point. It's put up or shut up. Especially considering what the Thunder managed to do recently. I'm hopeful they can keep these wins rolling in and get some much needed playoff experience under their belts which will help substantially.
    • I think as long as the Panthers are competitive with Canales they should keep him. Pepper needs to repair his/the teams image as a place prized free agents aren't hesitant to consider. Just dont do any crazy poo for a few years.
