Boston is fine. His tackling issues wouldn’t be so obvious with a competent MLB. Boston should’ve had that interception at the end of the first half and those are the plays he has to make.
 

I actually think our biggest need is an end to pair with Burns. Burns is special and he’s literally our entire pass rush

We have two high impact rookies on the line, one of which didn't play yesterday. Rarely do rookies get pressure. But they do show the type of potential that gets them there relatively quickly, as soon as next season. 

As is, I'd say our defensive line can be very good with the personnel currently on the team.

If these two positions can be upgraded this offseason, this defense will rank top 10 for many years. I a not even talking superstars at FS and MLB. I am just talking average starters in the NFL. That would be a huge step up. 

Also need some depth

I would like to add another DT though Kerr and whoever else was in rotation yesterday vastly out performed anything Short has done for years.

MLB is the biggest need. The first time we have said that in like 15 years or more.

      For this reason, BY will not play against the Packers. They will find a reason for him to stay on the bench again.

      Well he quickly deflected the question about Rico's "almost 7 YPC." He is very polished and he transitioned well to non-answers and side steps. I can see why a guy like him was able to pull the wool over on guys like Tepper.

      31st rushing D and 8 carries by Rico is coaching.  Rico is easily the best offensive weapon right now and it’s not really close.  *literally everyone knows Dalton is washed, horrible and shouldn’t even be a backup QB.   Drive 1? ZERO carries.  Coaching.  Drive 2 - Rico was playing great.   Did Canales lean into that or go for “balance”? Coaching. Drive 3 - ZERO carries.  Coaching  Drive 4 - 1 carry and opted for Jimmy Horn gadget rush (you can’t stick  with the Horn repetitive gadget runs each week and that’s not a better idea than getting Rico going)  Drive 5 - basically Dalton heavy as the half expired.  I don’t need to watch a game to know it’s coaching.  The gameplan wasn’t about setting Rico up to go off on a trash rush D.  It was bullshit harmony balance of the rush and the pass and making Hubbard feel good.
