I always thought we would split w/ the Falcons.  So I'm sticking w/ that.

Julio will play this time.  Ridley healthier than last time.  Carolina down a corner since last time.  So I'm sticking w/ the split.   Falcons in an ugly Thursday night game because Thursday night football sucks.

It really does. I like having another night of football to watch, but it really does create subpar football.

If we start Glanton on defense I would be happier. Panthers have too many damn issues on defense personnel wise. Glad Burns is healthy, but we miss YGM, weirdly enough. If the Falcons offensive line sucks, we win this game. If they're good, we lose. Pretty simple, really.

I like Snow by the way, he's legit made chicken salad out of chicken poo. The fan base is just weird, because they treat this defense like they were supposed to be good, even some think it's supposed to be decent which is beyond moronic.

It's extremely odd. If anyone would've suggest prior to the season that six games into the season we would have a defense that was slightly above average they would've been soundly mocked and ridiculed. Fast forward to now and we actually do have a defense slightly above average (13th in both yardage and points allowed) and a good chunk of the fanbase claiming they suck.

Don't bring facts to an opinion party alright. Snow sucks. Don't you know that? It's not the players, it's the coaching. Even though half the players on the roster wouldn't be on any other NFL rosters. Because they suck ass.

We haven't won on Thursday night since 2016. This is just not a game the Panthers typically win. Falcons are going to bounce back from all their bad luck sooner or later, why not against the team with a freaking black cat as a mascot a few days before Halloween.

Corners have played better than expected.. D-line is on par with what I thought a beginning of the season.. Safeties have underperformed (sans Chinn)..

So - I used to rage when we would use a 5th round pick on a LB when we had good LB depth.. I thought we could always fill in with some average LBs here and there.. this season has proven to me the importance of having an good LB core.. as Panther fans, what we have been spoiled with elite LB groups throughout our history.. just to see what is going on right now is demoralizing..

tl:dr = ATL 28 CAR 23 (Gurley 2 TDs) :eyeroll:

    • He's handing off play calling duties to fuging Brad Idzik as well so, either that mouth breather can run the playbook and Canales can grow as an all around head coach or it will be a horrible decision and both of them and BY can screw off. I'm fine with that as long as it isn't just another excuse for BY to get another year with another coach worthy of working around his limitations as a qb.
    • Not only for Andersen but the whole team, having not beat the Habs this season before tonite.  Shows them that they aren't jinxed.
    • I understand why people say things like it could be worse in relation to Tepper but it just doesn't jive for me. Are the optics bad? Yes. Would I want her to be the owner of my team? No. But I mean she's only been owner for a year and the Colts overall are a better run organization. As far as I know they've also never had the distinction of having the worst win percentage in all of professional sports either. Tepper has owned this team for 8 years and about the only thing that has been consistent has been the ability to continue to find different ways to achieve new lows. Even now people are saying things are different yada yada but we said these same things at certain points under Rhule Fitterer and Reich. I'm going to wait to see how the rubber meets the road this upcoming season before I make any strong conclusions about anything in relation to the longevity under this franchise going forward.
