If we give this defense some talent in the secondary where they can cover guys for more than 1.5 seconds then his sack total should only go up.

It is being built around him. See: Chinn, Shaq, Brown, and Matos (I feel like we could add Douglas here as well.)

If YGM became better in the run defense, he would technically be elite in the run defense.

It’s a solid free agent safety group. ILB not so much.

yeah, parsons + a couple fa and we're cooking.

same with the o line. you're ever only really one good draft pick and FA signing away from having a unit.

I am very hopeful that Rhule has a good bit of pro scouts with him, and we can snag some guys in FA that don't seem like all-pros but really shine on our team ala early DG years. This will be a big challenge for him during the offseason, and it will definitely be interesting. He got us Anderson, but also Whitehead. So, I wanna see what guys he brings in without any connection to, as that will be what truly sets us apart for the long run.  People wanna poo on Hurney for his atrocious drafts, but his FA skills are just as bad, when you suck at both you get these results. BB may not draft great, but he gets the most out of FA consistently and thats what sets his teams apart, besides cheating of course.

Burns and Chinn are my most favorite players on the defensive side. 

That shoulder dip move that he uses is wicked.  What a great move.  He is so damn quick. 

A couple more weeks of stellar play and maybe he'll get a couple DPOY votes.
