Another mistake but atleast he’s a better qb then Deshaun Watson . Watson had so many weapons don’t forget , yes no Hopkins last year but still had will fuller and Brandon cooks which both are better than any wr we got , he also had keke as well I don’t wanna hear anything , Stafford had no receivers and was playing with a broken thumb and still was decent , but I’d give a 4th round at best for him , personally don’t want him would rather draft mac jones or traska

Breer mentioned that he has a couple of teams he'd prefer but doesn't think it's likely he goes to either of them. That doesn't make me think he's got a lot of control of the process.

Throw in that we're one of seven teams said to be solidly in the discussion, and have been considered a possible favorite.

I don't know that he ends up here (gun to my head, I'd probably still say no) but I've read enough to believe it's very possible.

Well this didn’t age well

Breer didn't think they could make the cap work. Actually a lot of people think that.

This is the trade I was expecting yesterday when I read the Rams were interested. Their having the Lions scouting director who drafted Goff made it make sense.

You lost any semblance of credibility when you said fuller and cooks are better than anything we have.

    • The league would protect him.  The amount of poo Jerry Jones has had exposed and got away with?  The amount of poo Stephen Ross has got away with?  How long Dan Snyder got away with essentially fuging sex trafficking employees and poo???????  Taking down JR was a hit job.  You think the other 31 owners, especially the older ones aren’t blathering, blatant, ignorant ass, bigoted rich racists who have committed far worse things than Blue Jean Fridays?  The ones I named above have DEFINITELY did worse than what JR was accused of.  And do you think guys like Steve Smith would’ve been viewing him as a father figure if they felt that’s who he was?  JR pissed the league off with that last lockout situation and they made him pay.  They lined a new guy up to join their billionaire boys club in Tepper, and they prolly slid a pretty penny to Jonathan Jones to write the “expose,” to get JR out of here.  Again, all the owners I’ve listed above have been verified on record for doing worse poo, yet they’re still running their organizations, unquestioned.  They hand-picked Tepper long before JR was forced out, so he isn’t going anywhere.  Sadly.  fug the NFL.  (Also, to be clear, it’s always fug racism, bigotry, and sexual exploitation - not ever excusing it.  Just making the point that the NFL isn’t operating under this clear standard of justice applied to each and every case)
    • I was still in the throes of a contentious divorce and my job at the time had me work on Sundays.  At the beginning of the season I tried to still work around Sundays so I could see our games.  I think after Bryce came back from the benching, I said fug it.  First time in my life I intentionally didn’t watch our games, even through the Atlanta finale.  In the past, even if we didn’t live up to expectations, I would watch to still support and at least analyze player development, strengths and weaknesses, coaching, etc., but Bryce makes all of that a moot point, so I stopped watching. Again, this is asinine,  it if he is retained (still can’t believe this is even a possibility of a conversation due to how shitty our organization has become under Tepper), I will NOT watch next season until he is gone.
    • Live look at Bryce playing ping pong.
