I've often wondered how many of the guys who are paid in the top 10 at their position actually play in the top 10 at their position after their contract.  It's frankly a little scary how many of them tail off.

I think what we knew (specifically that he was underperforming) is enough, no hidden details necessary.

Norwell's entire thing was he was a surprisingly athletic pulling guard that worked great when the panthers were running their single wing variant.

they're not doing that anymore and Norwell has failed all over the field in jacksonville

I know jeremy loved the idea of norwell playing tackle but as well know he likes to get a little overexcited for some players

Based off what Russini has been saying, Turner will probably get cut. Basically any veteran that was good but not great and has already met their guarantees is going to be on the chopping block bc of the cap.
