Word from Aaron Wilson that Watson is being represented by an attorney named Rusty Hardin.

I think I just heard somebody chuckle 🤨

They'd chuckle to their detriment. Rusty is THE lawyer that top profile Houstonians go to in these instances. He may be the best lawyer in Texas.

That's not to say that Buzbee is no slouch either. He ran for Houston mayor but lost in a runoff, and is a highly successful lawyer in his own right.

This will be a legal battle for the ages there.

"massage therapist that works out of her home"

Could be a rub and tug proprietor got a wealthy client to blackmail. The fact that she was "shocked" that a dude whipped out his pecker at a session tells me she is full of poo. I know a gal that does massages and she says that stuff happens multiple times every damn day.

Yeah, I’ve been thinking the same.

If he was that forward during a first time encounter, he must of thought she was down.

Damn, Deshaun!

He could've actually paid someone who was 100 percent down with extracurricular activity, and trustworthy enough to be 100 percent discreet.

I don't know what happened, but I'd think that some masseuses develop a reputation for extra services, so I am having a hard time believing these girls were shocked! He may or may not be guilty, but these are still money grabs though!

How unsavory!

If the timeline of these was from March 2020 forward, I'd have expected all massage therapists would have been working from home.

From what I've been able to see of the second lawsuit though, it doesn't sound like it. The woman involved in that one is said to own a massage therapy business in Atlanta. Watson reportedly flew her to Houston and met her in a hotel. Details of what happened after that are similar to the first story.

Buzbee says two more lawsuits are on the way.

"She-said has been enough to convict now and investigate later in recent past" I can't think of a single case where someone was punished off an accusation alone. There's usually messages, photos/footage, corroborating witness, sometimes multiple accusers...

Did you give Robert Kraft the benefit of the doubt in similar fashion?

    • He makes a good point about Wallace.  In fairness to Wallace it is hard to play your position as freely as you need to when your defensive line is getting pushed around like ragdolls.  One of the greatest attributes a defensive line has is sucking up blocks, freeing up your linebackers.  Our defensive line couldn't suck up a lollipop more or less blocks.  I think Evans, Sanders and Tremble are going to be a really nice TE group.  I can see all three getting time on the field.  If Sanders can improve as a blocker teams won't be so inclined to believe it is a pass play whenever Sanders is on the field.  Ryan Fitzgerald, I think was an awesome pick-up. Hopefully he can fill our kicker void. Luke Kandra many turn out to be our next Norwell.  Everything I have heard about him says he's a beast.  He needs some refinement, but the good news is he's got Hunt and Lewis (arguably the best guard tandem in the league) to learn from.
    • Great teams build through the draft and have several young players that start that are on rookie contracts. It's important to hit on players in rounds 4 thru 7.  These should be future starters and solid depth.  When you hit on most of your picks you free up a lot of cap space for those one- or two-year players to fill spots you are thin at. No GM is going to perfect on all their picks.  You're going to whiff every once in a while.  That was Hurney problem.  He'd nail the first pick but after that it was reach after reach and we couldn't get any depth on this team. I'm excited about Morgan as our GM and hopefully he'll be around a long time.  It will be even better if Canales can continue to grow as a head coach, both in the development of young players and play calling. I remember last season after Young came back in the lineup and started to perform well.  We saw different plays I had only seen other teams use.   If Canales's play design and play calling continue to grow. Morgan and Canales will be linked together for a long time.  It would be nice to see a Coach and GM together for a decade or two. Go Panthers
