Do you think all 9 are escorts and making false allegations?

I haven't said one word about whether these women are excorts or masseuses or sex workers. I think sex work is valid and should be decriminalized. I think women don't fake sex assault claims as much as people claim. But this case also sounds like bullshit.

I can be skeptical of this one case in particular while also thinking sexual assault is a big deal. Does the fact this lawyer and the owner being neighbors, and the lawyer has a rep for fabricating texts not matter orrr? Bc it adds some "let's wait and see" context for me.

The issue is this isn't one case. It's at least 7...

We don't know why the first plaintiff chose this guy but after that first person it does make some sense to go with this lawyer.

I think the owner being neighbors with the lawyer is somewhat suspicious yes.

Blaming the victims for not finding a better lawyer? Idk about that one man. Reflect on that for a minute.

I think people really need to step back and evaluate their priorities in life if you are looking to twist things and attack victims because you have some weird attachment to your football team. Deshaun Watson is not some untouchable infallible person because he is good as football, nor should that be the case. I think it might benefit everyone to really take a moment and think before you reply in this thread with some whack job conspiracy about the victims or belittle the potential assaults themselves. This is so much bigger than football, and really cements why powerful people get away with this kind of poo.

I think a lot of the people "defending" Watson are skeptical about the timing of all of this situation. The optics are admittedly pretty sketchy. Given the recent trade demands from Watson and the the less than stellar reputation of the Texans ownership, it's not a far stretch of the imagination to think this could be blown way out of proportion to force Watson to settle with not only these accusers but the team as well. The attorney has previously been accused of making fabricated claims against the mayor too so this all has to be taken with a grain of salt until there's some real evidence provided aside from some instagram DMs that just prove he hired them for a massage that might have gotten awkward.

Did I say that? I'm just saying the whole massage game is a fine line between therapeutic and being a straight up escort. The accusers might all be telling the truth. But I have a hard time believing all the allegations since it's a civil case, the timing of the situation given Watson's trade demands, and the reputation of the lawyer. The optics of it are super sketchy.

I'm not sure how much of this thread you've read, but there's definitely some parts you might not want to.

It definitely makes me not want to be apart of the main forum, I'll tell you that much.

Yes, sure you have most certainly been on the "wait and see" train this entire time  🙄

I remain skeptical bc of the aforementioned factors and the timing. That doesn't make me someone who's insensitive to sexual assault either, no matter how much some folks who are trying to dictate this conversation are trying to make us all believe either. I hope the truth comes out but it sounds suspect as hell to me.

Man if you show up to give a massage and you end up performing oral sex, but you don’t file any criminal charges...either he raped you or you were complicit. There’s no in between there. Be clear. Say no. If you say no it’s rape. Clear cash grab.

Well burnchinn is saying all 9 are getting paid by a mysterious 3rd party and Nas is calling all 9 escorts.

And there are others saying they are just out for a pay day.  If thats not attacking then I dont know what is

This is how rumors get started. If u learn how to read and quit asking google maybe you would see I never said neither was guilty/innocent. Over half the people on here want to just run DW under the bus before all the facts come out.

I’m curious as of now, do you think the entire thing is BS, aka, him even getting massages from these people. Or do you think it’s just the circumstances surrounding the accusations?

I'm not "blaming" them, I'm saying it adds to this situation in particular being fishy. I literally don't need a lecture on being sensitive to sexual assault bc this case sounds like bullshit for multiple reasons, please miss me with that
