I don’t agree...they traded away a Guard...a replacement could be had in the 2nd...mayyyybe they look to fill this with their 2nd first rounder. But I don’t see this meaning Sewell has to go there

Not sure how this makes sense . . . Tua is left handed.  To the Dolphins, RT is the "money" spot.  Why would they fill that spot with a FA?  All of this sounds like 2 + 2 = 6.327 . . . something doesn't add up here.

That is assuming that opposing teams flip their DE's in order to play a left handed QB. Is that common or do they keep their guys where they typically play. I know some pass rush specialists move around but do they all?

- Miami now realizes Ja’Marr Chase will be selected by the Bengals and Pitts taken by the Falcons. 

- Dolphins moved back to 6 in the first place bc they thought Chase or Pitts would be there.

- So now they realize both will be taken so what is their 3rd option? T Penei Sewell

- Miami will move second year man Robert Hunt to OG and slide in Sewell at LT

- A team will now trade with Detroit at #7 for QB Justin Fields leaving us with choice of LT Rashawn Slater, CB Surtain, CB Horn, or very likely a trade back

good point. They can grab Chase at 6, and a star RT at 18.

They have picks 35 AND 50 in rd 2. A starting guard can be grabbed at either spot, and their cap is $9M richer.

1. Lawrence

2. Wilson

3. Jones, probably 

4. Pitts

5. Chase 

6. Sewell

7. Trade for fields 

8. Trey Lance or Mac Jones whoever 49ers don’t take will be available here, Fitterer will get trade proposals trade out is likely

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Washington acquired T Ereck Flowers and the No. 258 pick in the 2021 draft from the Dolphins for the No. 244 pick in the 2021 draft

The Dolphins jettison Flowers -- a complete bust since being drafted as a first rounder in 2015 -- a year after signing him to a three-year, $30 million deal, with nearly $20 million guaranteed. As part of the deal, Flowers' contract was restructured to have Miami pay his $6 million signing bonus this year and Washington foot the bill for his $3 million base salary. Flowers' conditioning was a major issue for the Dolphins early last season, and the veteran spent time on the COVID-19 list. After playing 16 games in the 2019 season in Washington, Flowers will rejoin a solid offensive line a year after allowing five sacks and being graded by Pro Football Focus as the league's 100th best offensive lineman
