If "do Millennials watch baseball" is a question, then "do Zoomers watch baseball" is just as important since they make up most of the twenty-something population now. It's also easier to answer: no.

Me, who wasn't born in the Carolinas but moved to Raleigh as a child, lived in NC until I was 26 then moved to Indian Land after I got a job in the Charlotte area and has rooted for the Panthers since their inception:

So why wouldn't MLB in Charlotte work if there is no better location in the city for baseball than the Knights stadium? Turn it into an MLB park, move ChiSox AAA team elsewhere

The Knights are the 2nd most valuable minor league franchise they aren't going to move to a lesser location to make room for an MLB team.

I personally like Durham, Winston Salem and Greensboro as well.

I'd love for the Charlotte area to get a MLB team. Had always thought that Tampa would be the first team to leave but Oakland wouldn't be a bad option either
