If Brady can make Teddy look decent. Maybe he can make Sam look good. And a Good Sam could be good enough to start this train moving.

Brady didn’t make Teddy look like anything. Teddy gave you the same Teddy he’s been his whole career. If Brady has any sort of real impact on him, he’d still be here. Instead we have a QB who was even worse than him.

It was a really good draft, we unfortunately didn't pick up anyone to immediately help the online. I do think that BC and deonte brown will probably be starters next year though. Sometimes players just aren't immediately ready for the NFL.

The coaches and front office told us this will be up to a 5 year process.

They won't be here that long to see it. It's a shame that a coaching staff fails to address the No1 and no2 needs directly instead of picking up pet projects to tinker with.

Since we only drafted one 3rd round OL, the draft could be an A+ and the OL still be donkey balls. We have one OL who would start on the majority of NFL rosters. That ain't the makings of a serviceable OL.

You can draft a lot of talented players, but if that doesn't translate into wins by addressing the teams biggest need it can't be a successful draft.

We will see what they put together, but I'm not sure how many guys in this draft will be straight away impact guys outside of the no 1 pick

Yeah anyone who thinks there’s such a thing as a 5 year rebuild in the NFL is full of poo. Unfortunately it also came came from our owner which shows me he has no clue what he’s doing either. He gave a record breaking deal to a college coach.

Can’t believe we picked Horn over Slater. Also dumb for picking Brown over an OT last draft. If we would’ve picked Oline two drafts in a row in the 1st we’d be in a much better position

Corner was not it the past couple years. Had to pull the trigger there. DT needed a cog there too, Star left, Short’s star stopped burning. Lots of holes on this team. Can’t just get them all at once.

Can’t trot out Corn Elder again and have him one an island against a real NFL receiver.

It’s much easier to find serviceable dt’s and dbs in FA.  I’d rather have below average dts, cbs than an Oline that’ll get our qb killed

Yea coaches seem to have between 2.5 to 3.5 to show they can put their team into the playoffs.

Too much money involved to ride out a half decade of mediocrity or worse. And they'll always be rated against the other coaches who are doing well when players you pass up.

Rhule's money is guaranteed though, so he doesn't have to stress that part.

    • I mean as far as his size goes it's all over his tape bouncing up and down on his toes in and around the pocket trying to see the field and defenses know this as well as we do but if folks here want to live in never never land and pretend it's not a thing that's their prerogative. Even our head coach has made it a key focal point to get his footwork under control. But it's still something Bryce is going to be tested on early and often no matter how many keystrokes anyone here commits to the narrative it isn't an issue.
    • It speaks volumes that when asked to define a clear performance threshold the responses instead fixate on Bryce's size. It reinforces what’s been clear for a while now... that for some, it has never been nor will it ever be about production. Any struggles will always be chalked up to his frame, and any strong play will be downplayed or disqualified via highly mobile goalposts.
    • It is hard not to feel hopeless. There is some hope buried behind a hopeless wall but the hopeless wall is thick.  Going off of the last two games I don’t see how we win.  Team looked utterly defeated on Thursday, kinda like the Leafs did when the Panthers tied the series 2-2, and we all know how that ended.  I hope for the best. I will at least turn on the game for a little while.
