If you're in the Carolinas, the Panthers mobile app/website has the game live and the quality is great.

NFL Game Pass can watch live as well.

I was having streaming issues with Paramount+. Video kept slowing down while the audio kept rolling, so I switched to mobile until I was able to get the desktop booted up.
