Haven’t seen much talk about him as OC.  He has a lot to prove IMO.  I haven’t seen a dynamic offense whatsoever.  Need to see some leadership and major improvements in play calling to say this guy is a decent NFL coordinator.  Second season will really tell the tale IMO.  Looking for more there personally

Personally not giving the OC leeway based on the QB.  He should make this work.  Not make excuses 

Especially if he pined for said QB
