MOOOOOOOOSE!

sorry, I had a misspent youth where I was a cowgirls fan.

Lol, me too... was a hardcore Cowboys fan before Carolina got a franchise... funny thing is, after the 1996 Super Bowl vs Steelers I never cared for them again, some of my family still thinks I'm a Cowboys fan, lol.

To be fair, that's when the Cowboys were still "Americas" team and was a good franchise, of course that waned the longer Jerry Jones was owner. Heck, I was a fan even during the Tex Schramm/Tom Landry years, the TRUE Americas team! (It's D-day in DALLAS!) lol

I bet there is quite a few of us that had a team to root for before the Panthers came along. I was a Lions fan for 30 years, but been a Panther since day 1. I still love my Lions, but I don't follow them nearly as much as I should. I blame the Detroit Free Press for charging for their online content. That slowed my information highway to almost a stall.

I was just a general NFL fan. I had favorite players much more so than favorite teams.

    • I agree with OP notion, QBs always get credited for game winning drives even if they do minimal. Just last night Caleb got credited for a GE drive when they basically ran the ball the whole drive and only had to go 36 yards.   And there are drives where Bryce could of had a game winning drive if not for a Legette drop vs Philly or a Chubba fumble vs Tampa
    • You are actually, genuinely comparing Bryce to Jimmy fuging Pickles? Jimmy accounted for 3 touchdowns in his 10 starts in 2010. In Bryce’s 10 games post benching last year, he accounted for 20 touchdowns. Jimmy threw three touchdowns in 2010. Three. Bryce has thrown 10 touchdowns through 6 games. He is currently on track to throw for 3300 yards, 28 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. Wtf are we even talking about anymore. I mean seriously
    • Tepper? The guy that directs the coaches towards goals that he set for them… that guy. He is the one.    I don’t think he ever was going to be expelled from class, they had him come in for garbage time maybe the 2nd week he was benched.  I will say this. People said he wasn’t under pressure the last part of the year when he did better, but he was fighting for his career and that’s pressure. And he saved his career too. I don’t reject him for those kinds of things I reject him for the physical things. I have always brought it down to he has slim margin for error and has to be perfect. People with the tool set have a little fatter margin for error. Why make it harder on yourself? Got nothing to do with hating him.  I am no statistician but game that margin thing out a lot and see how that works.
