Talk to me about the Jets. What do you know?

I really think the Jets have finally gotten it right, when it comes to the GM & HC. That being said, they’re one of the youngest teams in the NFL and there’s still a bunch of holes to fill but it feels like they can finally start heading in the right direction.

Either way, my wife are coming into town for Opening Day 🤘. This will be our second trip to Charlotte and we’re looking forward to it.

Most of us feel the same way about the panther's roster, moving in the right direction, but not there yet. Enjoy the game, don't be an ass.

Hopefully you can meet some better folks next time.  You can ask around but there are only a couple hotels close to the stadium that visiting teams use.  You could run into your guys if youre lucky.  I got to meet most of the 2014 squad in ATL by going to the bar at their hotel.

Last time we were there we caught the team going into the Hilton Downtown and that’s where we’ll be staying.

We’re not a couple drunk college kids lol. Mrs. JK & I live in Florida and pick one away game to go to every year and have always gotten along with opposing fans. The worst fans we’ve ever come across are the Buccaneer fans, just loud, rude and obnoxious.

The rule of the trenches is my concern.

As most of us realize our O-line will dicate our success.  I am hoping that a gameplan will be in place to help our weakness on the O-line.

Defensively, we have monsters and against the pass I think we are going to be really good but all that goes to waste if we cannot stop the run.

I think our run defense will be greatly improved this season with Jones-Brown in the middle and just not having Whitehead and Boston out there.

Really fair breakdown from a Jets fan

6:00 - 6:09 Mentions Sam being turnover prone and that issue has either remained the same or gotten worse over time.    <== This is BS because his INTs decreased every season from 15, to 13, to 11.

Anyway, aside from  that, a good vid.

He probably meant TD/Int ratio which was bad/better/really bad. Sam went 17/15, to a better 19/13, to 9/11. His main point was Sam has way better weapons but still a rough O-line, he definitely wasn't bashing him.

Sam has had one of the highest INT% by a starting QBs in each of the last 3 seasons.    He has been the only constant in that grouping of top 5 highest INT%.

his INT% increased last year.  Total INTs went down simply because of less games.

    • Well bois, we gave the Devils their due! Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery... The jersey boys have been trying to jack our steeze for a few years now. They've followed our blueprints and studied our tape. Every offseason, they pounce on our sloppy seconds in a Newark minute. Quick with the puck, ferocious on the forecheck and stifling team defense. Down to the colors, this is this closest we'll come to having to play ourselves in Ole Stanley's Hockey Hoedown. As the postseason began, Rod stood flexing in the gym mirror and saw this guy staring back from the void... (Shutters) When beating us at our game didn't work, Timo and the Tri-State Trash tried to tango instead. Outside of a bitchass cheapshot on Freddie, that poo didn't work either. Their goon squad was getting wrecked by our bantam weights. As much as we all wanted to see Svechy or Staal Bunyan literally break someone in half after the Great Dane went down, they didnt need to. Our munchkins were monsters! Jarvis obliterating giants at the blue line, Logan laying the Stank on dudes twice his size and Blakers blasting Timo into next season. It was beautiful to see! (Side note: Does JBlo wear lead weights under his pads? 170lbs shouldn't be able to hit that hard!) We closed it out in 5, for the gentleman's sweep. Only team in the league to win a series in each of the past 7(?) seasons! And, this was supposed to be a rebuilding year... Onto the awards: Key To The Series : 6 for 19 - .316% IT FINALLY WORKED!!! MVP : 16/180 g/s - .911 save% - 2.53 gaa Seriously, without this dude, we would've won in 3! (Trust me bro) 3rd Star : 6/94 g/s - .936 save % - 1.59 gaa The Great Dane   2nd Star : 3 g - 5 a - +1 - 20:38 toi/g - 18 hits - 3 bs - 58.1% fo 3 PP goals and the 2OT series winning goal! WOOAAAHHH NELLY!!!!   And, your 1st Star of the series : 5 g - 1 a - +3 - 16:48 toi/g - 16 hits - 1 bs - 1 tk - 50% fo Zero, I repeat, zero penalty minutes for the series! MISSSTAAAHHH SVEEECHNIKOOOV!!!!!! Onto The Next: Now, we wait for the Habs to make it a nasty 7 game slog, while we recuperate. And, hopefully, get Nikishin, and some of the other black aces some real peactice time. We are gonna need those guys at some point. Because, if you think the Devils were dirty, hoooo boy, wait till you see what's next...
    • I don’t watch college football anymore (used to be Stanford STH but meh), but my wife is Hawaiian and her favorite color is purple, so I guess I knew Tet was my new favorite player to root for when he came out in a purple suit and lei and threw up the Shaka.
    • AJ Green is who I think of as well; the body control, fluidity of movement, hands catcher, always high pointing the ball with the occasional insane/acrobatic type of grab, etc
