I felt that way before week 1 but the defense has proven itself. We’ll need a lot of turnovers to lose.

I feel like Darnold seems to stare down receivers when he’s on the move so I worry about that being a pick 6 or a tip 6

We should have first half and  second half predictions because we let up on the gas.

21 -3 first half
31-17 final.

Their  first play will be an attempted bomb to Cooks.  Donte be ready.

We ran up the score on the Saints because that's what they do to other teams.

We are going to RUN THE BALL well with holes on the line. 160 yards rushing.

They will have more yards rushing than the Saints and Davis is going to roll out a lot.  There will be a lot of quick slants.

Our (over)confidence has no bearing on the game.  Now, if the players all thought that way, it might be different, but Rhule is a one game at a time guy, and they won't.  Best believe that our D is PROUD to be ranked #1, and they will play to keep it that way.

I know there are question marks (there always are); 1st away game, Thursday past record, Darnold never played from behind (for us), there may be more I'm omitting.

But dammit, there's too much that can't be ignored here -- WE'VE JUST GOT TOO MUCH TALENT, and far outclass this poor Texans' team.  Their QB will be engulfed, like a palm tree in a tsunami.  Red zone TD passes to Arnold and Marshall, CMC runs amok, 5-6 more sacks, 2 INTs and a fumble recovery, much joyful EZ celebration.

Never in doubt.  45-3.

3 extra days to scout Dallas.  Life is good in the Carolinas.

When almost all the huddle are in agreement, I think there is at least small cause to be cautious. lol!

    • FLA showed everyone it’s not about superstars. they bullied the best line in the NHL into obscurity. they played hard, were in the right positions, and ran over everything that got in their way.
    • That’s really not what you said and when I even expressed doubt as to your intentions with the post you doubled down and remained unclear on whether you were trying to drag Dean Smith for whatever reason. You just got the facts wrong, which if you don’t follow the local college programs like you say then maybe you just were mistaken and thought Smith didn’t win championships or have legit superstars, and that is ok, but you just doubled down when my first post was more corrective than anything. I’m not sure what you expect posting objectively false things like “RBA has a lot of wins with nothing to show for it like Dean Smith” (paraphrasing) on a message board with plenty of UNC fans. I’m not taking it as a personal affront, we can agree to disagree, Dean Smith’s legacy fortunately will not be affected by this conversation. Screw the (Florida) Panthers?
    • Bring in the free agents and trades.  Florida is the best team and unless Tulsky makes it happen, it’s more of the same…which isn’t bad…but it’s time to win a goddamn cup.
