Whoever determined that our OL and back-up QB is NFL quality should be fired immediately.

Brady needs to be relieved of play calling duties.  Maybe he is a decent offensive coordinator but can't call plays.  Or perhaps he's just terrible but he needs to be relieved of play calling duties first.

Terrance Marshall = bust

Not ready to say this until he has a QB who can get him the ball and a line that can block long enough for plays to develop downfield. However, taking him in round 2 over offensive line was a terrible move.

People really need to pay attention to the play designs vs coverage. Some other media have/are covering it on various YT channels or TV.

His designs are poo a lot of the time and the ones that are good get ran vs the wrong defense. Brady is a problem as well. We got mad at TB when he hinted at such but he was 100

And this is the problem with having a staff that has no NFL experience. Who is available to help Brady learn how to call an NFL game? There is no “offensive assistant” who’s been in the league for 30 years to take him aside and say hey, this isn’t working and here’s what you need to do to fix it. No one has more of a clue than he does.

I already have in the past. You can also watch the games for just our passing plays. Some of this is just on live TV where they don't upload especially our shitty teams stuff.

Yea the whole "murder ball" thing is a scheme issue as much as anything. No play should be having your WR run into the defender lol.

They even said that on the broadcast "normally you sit in the zone vs zone coverage but DJ Moore just keep going and got blasted" but we blame Darnold...that's the fugin play that was called for the doofs out there....we have our guys running the route as designed and its getting them murked.

You don't just look at the WR and be like "welp gonna take a sack b/c the defender knows the play and also the route design has him going into the defender in zone coverage and is waiting to hit him"

Scheme issue

Igo talking about very high workplace tension there, it's implied, yet not sourced.

Gotcha...

...but there's nothing "hostile" about that.

The Appaloosa Model hinges on performance & accountability -- if those 2 conditions make a person uncomfortable they should seek employment elsewhere from the Panthers.

Joe Brady being scapegoated pretty much guarantees we will bring in an old NFL retread next year.  No one young with potential is going to risk the rep damage coming here would do.

I don't see a credible NFL veteran OC coming here without the precondition of some autonomy, or in other words, Rhule will have to give up some control after this year's disaster on offense.

TB tried to tell us, we just wouldn't listen.

    • I guess I should have stipulated outside the sacred cow.   I complained from year one that Bryce should compete for and win the starting job on his own merit but no he was just handed it. I have been right there with everyone that wants competition.  But I don’t really have a huge problem with it for this season the way it has gone because where are the viable people we don’t have to trade for? I actually am okay with tiny hands Pickett because he is so close to Bryce arm strength wise and to be honest, skill wise. Probably. And it is only a one year deal.  That also takes I to account that the QB class is looking stacked next year and if Young fails miserably then we get either a reset or a real competition and there will be more guys that I would like looking at in the FA QB class next year as well.    I sort of accept where we are this year and look at it as a treading water year. I just want to get to next year with some clarity. More than anything. And they did empty out the room. Again, who was really there for us?  And I know it would not be a true competition at this point anyway. They are giving him the year, like it or not.    Also I don’t give a poo about winning games IF he sucks and or goes down after sucking because draft position and that stacked QB class.  And I want out from under him So Bad.     So I guess it is several factors that lessen my anxiety over his backup this particular season.    I am not trying to convince anyone, but you asked.
    • What happened to King? Was he a no show?
    • think these smaller Qb's are going to have a much harder time convincing an NFL team to draft them. not saying a smaller Qb under 6 feet tall will not make an NFL roster .it will most likely be a UDFA contract more or less prove it deal.NFL teams have been burnt time & time again investing in these small NFL Qbs & i think  teams are now finally starting to realize that investing in these smaller Qb's under 6 feet tall is simply a bad idea  ...just saying
