At this point, Matt is trying to prove to Tepper that he knows how to manage the QB position.

Chances are, it will prove just the opposite, but will Dave Tepper be able to admit he's made a mistake with Matt Rhule?

I would not worry too much about the Darnold comments.  Rhule keeps saying these things like teams are going to have to worry about planning for 2 (or 3) different QB's.  Thinks he is playing chess.  What I have found is that you can't believe anything he says.

it's impossible.  No decent OC is going to come here for a lameduck 1 season to get paired with Sam Darnold.    That's how you damage your stock as a coach.

lol I've been pretty supportive of Darnold and even I can't believe anyone is stupid enough to think at this point he's gonna do anything better than Cam in this offense.
