Robby Anderson: “We don’t want no fake fans”

Panthers Rhule

I have to admit that my enthusiasm level has been lower than any since Cam arrived. The 2-6 records at home the past 3 years and few if any victories in December make it hard to keep cheering. Paying thousands of dollars every year for this production on the field. There is no fanbase who won't boo their players when they have had enough. Then cheer for them 10 minutes later when they do something great.  If he wants cheering fans then let's start winning. Until then the booing has just begun.

I still like Robby, as unpopular as it may be here, but he's got to man up and see it from a fam's perspective. All the money & time my family and I have invested in the Panthers since 1993--hell, my son just gave me an 89, 1 and "that bear" bobblehead for Christmas--Robby has to look at the other side. I have a right to boo and be critical of anything and anybody that I want as it pertains to the Panthers. I've been a Panthers fan longer than he has been a player, longer than Rhule has been the coach, and longer than Tepper has been the owner. Own better, coach better and play better, and the boo birds will sing a different tune!

 1. These are professionals. For 20M people would let someone fart in their cornflakes every day.

 2. Being lectured about from a hypocrite who used Sam to get his extension and cussed him out during a game is ridiculous. I’m not a fan and I still thought he was way out of line.

fug you, dude. Cornflakes are gross.

I’m getting about tired of this guy. I’ve been a fan since 95, a PSL owner for 18 of those years and this guys just walked in and fell ass first into a pay day because he’s from Temple.

We boo because you suck.

Sorry if this is already in another thread. Stuff like this pisses me off.

    • Fug Em!   Lil bastard was milking injuries most of his time here. The moment he leaves he's all of a sudden a workhorse RB and a MVP candidate.   *Poo me up I'm a big boy I can handle it.
    • Another source: NFL Rumors: Hakeem Butler to Visit Panthers After UFL Success, Wade Phillips' Praise ZACH BACHAR JUNE 10, 2024 The Carolina Panthers are expected to conduct a workout with UFL wide receiver Hakeem Butler, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Butler recorded a league-leading 652 receiving yards as a member of the St. Louis Battlehawks. He was previously a fourth-round draft pick by the Arizona Cardinals in 2019. After the Battlehawks were defeated by the San Antonio Brahmas in the XFL Conference title game, Brahmas head coach and longtime NFL coach Wade Phillips told the receiver that "I'm going to tell everybody in the NFL that I talk to that you need to be playing," via Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk. Despite the loss by St. Louis, Butler still hauled in six receptions for a team-high 59 receiving yards. The 28-year-old was named the 2024 UFL Offensive Player of the Year, as he was one of only two wideouts to have multiple games with at least 100 receiving yards. While the Panthers added Diontae Johnson and first-round rookie Xavier Legette to their wide receiver room in the offseason, they could still use some depth in the form of Butler. Carolina isn't opposed to picking up former UFL players, as Rapoport revealed on Thursday that the team is also "expected" to sign All-UFL receiver Daewood Davis. Although Butler was selected by the Cardinals in the 2019 draft, he did not play as a rookie due to a hand injury and only appeared in two regular-season games as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles in 2020. He did not record a catch. Butler signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers during the 2023 offseason, although he ultimately didn't make the team's regular-season roster. At 6'5", he has the frame to potentially make an impact in training camp and earn a shot at making Carolina's 53-man roster. If his workout goes well with the Panthers, Butler could give himself another chance to possibly return to the NFL.
