Minnesota and Chicago both have some good coaches on staff,  especially Chicago with OL Coach Juan Castillo.

Not posting those until their firings are official though...

It is suspected Nagy will be fired so the bear's staff may be available. I have also saw reports that David Culley could be a one-and- done coach.

Bill Lazor is Nagy's OC. He's never been a HC but as been OC of several teams and also a former QB coach. He has coached Ryan T, and Nick Foles at different times among others.

Yeah Shula was honestly worse as a QB coach than he was as an OC, and he was a terrible OC...

I would give Shula credit for helping with Cams initial transition to the NFL, but after that you never really saw further technical progression as a passer. He was just enormously talented even in a league where virtually everyone is enormously physically talented.

Mike Oxyooj has also been very popular for years.  His cousin Mike Oxsmall is not as in-demand, but sources say he knows how to get the most out of what he is given to work with.

That's what it takes to be a good QB coach?  Your standards for "good" seem far too low.

Frankly, he's terrible.  Cam's greatness came largely from Cam up until Norv and Scott showed up, by which time there were only 8 games left before his career effectively ended.

Come on man, this isn't even remotely controversial.  Shula is terrible.

      Yup. Hopefully  Brandon adds some muscle this off-season but he'll probably be resting his shoulder for a while so I doubt it. Miles should probably be replaced but I don't think we find a better 4th option to be honest. So is it better to add depth along side williams and Coby or try to upgrade the 4/5 . I think adding depth will probably be more beneficial than trying to upgrade starters and bank on Brandon and Kons continuing development. I really don't think they are going to make the playoffs unfortunately. I think the big hole they put themselves in has exhausted them. They've been amazing since January 1 but I think it's come at a cost and their legs are gone.

      The issue is the predictability of it all in a Bryce Young led offense. In 4th down attempts the Jets were at 41 and we were at 40. And we were 4th in conversation %. We were 25th in the league in 3rd down conversion because we faced so many 3rd and longs in part due to playcalling on 1st and 2nd down but more largely due to the limitations that cannot be overcome.  And people want us to spend another 1st rounder on WR as if it is going to magically give Bryce physical talent he will never possess. It's a shame we cut off our own nose just to put ourselves in this frustrating predicament.
