Didn’t care for Hurney but are we really any better, hell it might be worst.

Nowhere near enough of a track record to decide that. This is Fitt's first full off-season and we still haven't seen him without Rhule's fat grubby fingers in everything. But we have decades of info on Hurney to know he was as horrible. Jury is still out on Fitt, but Hurney's jury came in a looking time ago.

I think, though, that the premise here is that Tepper doesn't know what HE'S doing.

Tepper is the problem. When it comes to running a football organization he's a moron. The proof is in the pudding.

He's letting the football guys make football decisions. Except the guy making the most calls also happens to have virtually no NFL experience and is probably going to make Bill O'Brian look like a competent coach/GM.

    • So why couldn’t Chark or Hurst get open with Herbert? Why couldn’t Mingo get open with Dak?    I don’t know why I’m even arguing with someone who doesn’t think Reich was a bad coach, I need to get out more.
    • Darnold is still the same QB and has now officially bounced around the league. Baker Mayfield had much more success both in college and with the Browns albeit short lived there. Baker got a heaping portion of humble pie from that and his disaster of a time here. You don't see him hocking anymore cheesy t-shirts with his mug on them like he did here do you? And as much as he's turned things around we've still seen glimpses of the same old Baker. He was abysmal against us in Charlotte last year. Sooner or later he's going to hit another rough patch.
    • Just let the rants go. Their minds were made up the night we drafted Bryce and they will do anything to be right. The fact we were a QB graveyard for guys who went on to be pro bowlers elsewhere much be a coincidence. Totally must just be Bryce.
